A truck plowed into several vehicles before smashing into a gas station sign in a semi-truck crash in Fullerton.
The crash happened on Friday, January 30, 2026, when the truck sped toward the intersection of State College Blvd and Orangethorpe Ave.
Details of the Semi-Truck Crash in Fullerton
The truck rear-ended several stationary vehicles at a red light before turning and crashing into the signage outside an Arco gas station at the corner of the street.
Dashcam footage captured the crash, which showed a gold-colored truck cab pulling a light-colored trailer load arriving at the intersection at high speed and crashing into several vehicles as they started to move forward. The impact sent several cars rolling into the middle of the intersection.
Nine injuries were reported in total, and multiple people were transported to a nearby trauma center.
The driver of the truck has not been named, but an investigation is ongoing.
The intersection was closed while the wreckage was cleared. It included the badly damaged truck, as well as at least two cars that were badly damaged by the impact.
