Whose Fault Is It When a Dog Bites?

Watch the Video to Get the Answer.

In California if you own a dog and it bites somebody, you are at fault. It's called strict liability. Your dog bites somebody, you're at fault, and the only way to get out of that is if the person who was bitten was attacking you or burglarizing your property. Except for those two situations, you are at fault, no ifs, ands, or buts.
