We'll Copy You on the Client's Consent

The client's prior consent is required for any type of referral or co-counsel fee arrangement. We routinely get the client's written consent as part of our original retainer agreement. You will receive a copy of the original retainer agreement/consent form for your records within days of the client signing it.
