I may know someone who was using the defective Pfizer birth control that was recently recalled. If they became pregnant while using the defective meds, can they receive compensation for their unanticipated pregnancy?

I was walking outside of a marked crosswalk and drunk when I was hit by a car. I want to know if I have legal grounds to pursue compensation, even though it seems to be my fault. I’ve been told that no matter what the circumstances are, the driver would be at fault for the accident.

In addition to what I have received as a settlement from the insurance company, is it possible for my attorney to receive 40% of my med pay reimbursement?

I recently lost half of my thumb in a table saw accident. My insurance coverage lists that it would only cover me if I lost my thumb and index finger. Am I unable to be reimbursed for any and all expenses? I’ve seen lawsuits in which people were injured by table saws and received large verdicts and settlements. Should I pursue compensation against the table saw company?

I brought my dog to the dog beach recently and he was attacked. Although my dog was off leash, most of the dogs were and there were no signs telling owners to leash their dogs. My dog approached a leashed Rottweiler in a friendly manner and was immediately attacked by him. My family and I have paid over $8900 in veterinary bills and my dog has undergone two surgeries. Do I have the right to pursue compensation for my dog’s veterinary bills from the owner of the Rottweiler? The dog attack happened on a private beach that is part of a resort, even though the public has access. Can I pursue compensation from the resort for failing to post signs?

I previously turned myself in for an old warrant, and broke my leg while I was in custody. The hospital which treated me at the time said that I needed immediate surgery. The sheriff’s department would not allow me to receive surgery for my leg, but said that it had been arranged for me to have surgery when I was released. When I went to the hospital after my release they said that the sheriff’s office told them that I was on my own. Since then, I’ve received four surgeries and the doctors that I have been seeing do not think that I will be able to walk again. The doctors told me that if my injuries had been tended to properly in the beginning that I would not be dealing with long-term injuries. What are my options? Are there attorneys that will represent me in a case against the San Bernardino’s Sherriff’s Department? This has been an awful experience, and I shouldn’t have been treated the way that I was.

My landlord’s big dogs killed my dog in my backyard. The backyards are seperated by a wooden fence, but they were able to break through and now my dog is dead. What can I do?

I am prescribed to take 5mcg of Liothyronine on a regular basis, but when I went to get my prescription filled they gave me 50 mcg pills. When I told the pharmacist, they apologized and repackaged my meds, but when I got home I found out that I had several pills that were still the wrong mcg. Can I take them to court and be compensated for my troubles? I still have all of the paperwork.
