Dog Attacks on Children

Dog attacks on children are the worst I've ever seen. Generally dogs will bite a child on the face, neck and head. With the very aggressive dogs that rip and tear, there's a lot of damage that creates tremendous scarring, especially around the lips, the face, the eyes, the ears. I've seen cases of lips ripped off, ears ripped off. And the amount of recovery time, the scarring, the plastic surgery that comes afterwards, is just tremendous, it's horrendous.
