I decided to be part of the Hit-and-Run Reward Program because I have seen the often tragic results of Hit-and-Run drivers. This is especially true in cases involving seriously injured pedestrians and bicyclists. The program offers a reward which is important, but perhaps more importantly it will alert witnesses to the importance of reporting any information as to the identity of Hit-and-Run drivers.
As an attorney justice and public safety are of utmost importance. This program will make our roads and highways a safer place by identifying the drivers that are a danger to society and working to get them off the road. We are a society of individual responsibility and justice will be served if we can bring Hit-and-Run drivers to answer for the results of their negligence.
