Cypress Car Accidents Reduced By Frequent Sobriety Checkpoints

Their message was simple: "Drunk Driving, Over the Limit, Under Arrest." Helping these officers were volunteers from MADD, including Haze Saliture, whose 16-year-old daughter Allison was killed by a drunk driver in 1994.
