They Lexus dealership will not except responsibility for tires that are cupping and making a lot of noise. In fact the first time it hit the curb and they didn't bother to tell me that it is unsafe to drive on cupping tires especially in a sports car. It happend again 1 month later. I have been paying on a 50k car that will not even stay on the road. Lexus has been RUDE ALL THE WAY THOUGH. i WILL GO TO THE PAPERS AND ALL OF OVER NEWPORT BEACH AND LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A PIECE OF WORK NEWPORT LEXUS IS.
