Two people were injured in a Fresno car accident after a female driver lost control of a Chevy Blazer SUV and crashed on the Highway 41. According to a CBS news report, the injury accident occurred the morning of March 10, 2010 near Shields, as the Blazer traveled down an onramp to enter the northbound lanes of the highway. The back end of the SUV lost traction on the rain-slicked pavement, California Highway Patrol officials said. The driver then overcorrected and went into the number one lane and hit a Honda Accord head-on. The Blazer rolled over, coming to rest on its roof. The driver of the Honda sustained more serious injuries than the driver of the SUV and was transported to the hospital. Read the rest »
