Evert Walker, 24, of Lake Forest, was killed in an Orange County car accident after he lost control of his vehicle and crashed. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal car accident occurred early morning on January 14, 2012 on the 73 Toll Road in San Juan Capistrano. California Highway Patrol officials say Walker's Dodge Dakota veered to the left of the roadway, crashed into a guardrail and a raised concrete pole base, before catching fire. Orange County Car Accident Causes Injuries
One person was hospitalized after an Orange County car accident, which officials say, involved three vehicles. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the injury collision occurred the afternoon of December 12, 2011 near 35505 Ortega Highway in San Juan Capistrano. The crash was initially reported as a two-car collision, but a third vehicle was somehow involved and overturned, California Highway Patrol officials say. One victim who had suffered traumatic injuries was transported to a nearby hospital. An investigation is ongoing.

Woman Killed in Orange County Car Accident
A Lake Elsinore woman in her 40s was killed in an Orange County car accident that resulted in the arrest of the 18-year-old male driver. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal car accident occurred on Ortega Highway, near Caspers Park, in San Juan Capistrano, the morning of November 18, 2011. Officials say Francisco Jesus Ochoa drove off the roadway and struck a tree. The female passenger was killed in the collision and Ochoa was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities have charged Ochoa with vehicular manslaughter and they are investigating if speeding, alcohol or reckless driving was a contributing factor in the crash.

Orange County Car Accident Proves Fatal
One man was killed and another was injured in an Orange County car accident, the afternoon of August 16, 2011. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal car accident occurred on Del Obispo, near Camino del Avion, in San Juan Capistrano. The 2011 Jeep went off the roadway, through a fence, down an embankment, and into a utility building. The vehicle then caught fire. One man, whose injuries have not yet been determined, was able to get out of the SUV, but the other was in the vehicle and died at the scene. Both men were 21 years old. Officials say the Jeep was traveling at a high rate of speed before its driver lost control. An investigation is ongoing.

One Fatality in Orange County Car Accident
Authorities have identified 67-year-old Jose Elizondo as the victim of an Orange County car accident that occurred the afternoon of January 15, 2010. The Orange County Register reports that the fatal car crash occurred on the 5 Freeway in San Juan Capistrano near the Junipero Serra Road off-ramp, when the Ford Taurus driven by Elizondo clipped a Nissan Sentra. The Taurus then went off the roadway, rolled over and landed on a clump of cactus. A female passenger in the Ford was taken to an area hospital with injuries. Occupants in the Sentra were uninjured.
