Mission Viejo mother Loree Glenn is, for the fourth year in a row, participating in her ride to raise money for the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. The 545-mile trek will take nearly a week to complete as she travels through the gorgeous California landscape. Funding AIDS research has been a big cause in Loree's life, and us here at Bisnar | Chase are proud to support her in this endeavor.
Loree will ride in 40-106 mile intervals during her journey and is hoping to keep her body fresh and her mind focused. Her rigorous training has prepared her for this adventure, and for the fourth year in a row, nothing will stand in her way. Her husband and family support her from start to finish, and so do we
AIDS Hasn't Gone Away
According Aidslifecycle.org, in California alone 151,000 people are living with HIV and it costs them an estimated $20,000 per a year for medical care and treatments. Because of this, AIDS/LifeCycle has made it their mission to provide critical services to people living with disease.
Aidslifecycle.org states, “as the number of people living with HIV increases, so does the need for the services provided by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center, the two agencies producing this event.”
