By Brian Chase on May 9, 2012 - No comments

One person was killed and a 7-month-old baby was critically injured in a Huntington Beach car accident involving three vehicles. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal crash occurred near the intersection of Bolsa Chica Street and Tasman Drive, the morning of May 9, 2012. Huntington Beach police say that a Ford Bronco was northbound on Bolsa Chica when the driver lost control, crossed into southbound lanes and struck a silver Honda. A third vehicle that was also traveling south then crashed into the wreckage of the first accident. The impact of the collision caused the Bronco to rollover onto its roof. One person suffered fatal injuries. Two others suffered non-life-threatening injuries while a 7-month-old infant was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. An investigation is still ongoing.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of the deceased victim who are mourning their loved one’s tragic loss. My heart also goes out to the injured victim especially the critically injured child. I wish the injured victims the very best for a speedy and complete recovery.
