Two doctors were following her and both failed to intervene at an appropriate time to save my grandson, therefore he was born stillbirth. Several attorneys has denied to take on the case due to the cap in California. My question is, where is the justice for such actions. These doctors are not held accountable for their actions or lack of in which my daughter and her family had such a tragic loss and will never be the same. I am dillegently trying to find an attorney to take this case for the mere justice for my grandson. This issue needs to be addressed for all the victims of malpractice.
