A motorist was killed and three others were injured in a Los Angeles car accident involving several vehicles the morning of June 20, 2010. According to a CBS News report, the fatal car crash occurred on the southbound 710 Freeway in Vernon. California Highway Patrol officials say a man who was in one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene after being ejected onto the southbound side of the freeway and run over by another vehicle. Three others were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Also, two people were arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. An investigation is ongoing.

I offer my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased victim for their tragic and heartbreaking loss. They will be in my thoughts and prayers.
